Our main mission, at the New York State Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications, is to provide resources for the development of new technologies and services - by facilitating R&D partnerships between New York State companies and university researchers. We measure success in the form of job creation, creation of intellectual property, workforce training and education, and improved competitiveness for New York State businesses.
