Interview with Dr. Gaston Ormazabal from Verizon at Interop 2009

Dr. Gaston Ormazabal, Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Verizon, Inc., has been featured in this interview at Interop 2009.
In this video he discusses a number of issues with Voice over IP (VoIP) security, and their implications, along with the solutions that have come about through the research performed at the Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT), with Prof. Henning Schulzrinne from Columbia University.
Also, mentioned in the interview are, future directions in high-speed VoIP hardware architectures, whose research is currently being performed by CATT researchers at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU and supported by Cisco; this project is under the direction of Prof. Ramesh Karri. 
Dr. Ormazabal is a CATT Advisory Board member, and has driven a number of research projects at CATT in the area of VoIP security.
